MoneyViLLe Market!
Friday, April 4th fourth-graders became budding entrepreneurs by creating businesses and participating in the circular flow of economy. As the concluding project of our economy unit students were challenged to develop business plans for a product or service. Students were incredibly creative selling bake goods, bracelets, artwork, golf balls, and Minecraft items. Consumers could get a manicure, face-painting, or play games. Each student started with $8 in Moneyville Money to spend, however, if they earned a profit they could then make additional purchases. Students also advertised and offered incentives to increase their business.
